The mission of the Women of Influence NETwork is to bring together an elite member group, a network of professional
women--proven movers and shakers, women of influence, positive role models in their careers and within their

award from BIVI Productions as a Positive Role Model in Our Community. Ms.
Greene is no stranger to the progression and expansion of New Jersey business
enterprises. It is through her leadership that thousands of women business
enterprises, small business enterprises, and minority business enterprises have
been registered to apply for state set aside contracts where 25% of the state's
purchase dollars (approx 2.65 billion dollars) will be awarded to small business
enterprises.

received award from BIVI Productions as a Positive Role Model in Our Community.
Mrs. Gaddy has been a prevailing force in building women business enterprises, minority business enterprises,
and small business enterprises within her own community at the Urban League of Bergen County
where she oversees the business incubator facility--a center that houses
businesses for a 3-yr period, offering counseling, financing, and a variety of
business development services. She has received
numerous President's Club awards from Fortune 1000 companies, and, in her spare time, she
contributes to empowering and nurturing women to entrepreneurialism as a Senior Sales Director with Mary Kay
Cosmetics, leading a team of 70 recruits.
